Common questions about tech installation on the Olympic Peninsula
Do you mount TVs on any wall type?
We mount TVs on drywall with studs, brick, and concrete. For brick or concrete, we use the right anchors and hardware. If your wall is something unusual, call and we will tell you.
Can you hide the TV wires behind the wall?
Yes, we can run wires through a wall for a clean look. This is visible wire running, not in-wall wiring behind closed walls. There is an additional charge for wall fishing.
Do you run speaker wire inside the walls?
No. We run speaker wire where it is visible - along baseboards, through attics, or in accessible spaces. In-wall wire behind closed walls requires an electrician or low-voltage license. We do not do that.
What is the permit boundary for your work?
We do not do electrical work, plumbing, or structural modifications. If a job requires a permit, a new circuit, or a licensed professional, we will tell you on the phone and recommend the right person. We do mounting, hanging, fixture swapping, and visible wire running.
Are you a licensed electrician?
No. We are not electricians. We do not do any electrical work - no new circuits, no panel work, no wiring behind walls. We mount, hang, install fixtures that already have power, and run visible wires.
How long does a TV mount take?
About 1 to 2 hours for a standard mount. Larger TVs or cable management add time.
Do you install smart home devices?
Yes, we set up smart cameras, doorbells, thermostats, smart locks, and similar devices. We do not do electrical work to power new devices - if a new outlet or circuit is needed, we recommend an electrician.
What areas do you serve?
Clallam County, Washington - Port Angeles, Sequim, Forks, and surrounding areas. Travel is calculated by drive time from Port Angeles.
When is your busiest season?
October through December is our busiest season for Christmas lights. Book early - October fills up fast. Year-round services are steady but less concentrated.
Do you offer a warranty?
If we mount a TV and it falls because of our work, we will fix it. Normal wear and tear, wall damage from other causes, or misuse is not covered. We stand behind our mounting work.
Can you come the same day?
Same-day service depends on the schedule. Call and we will tell you. Christmas light season is the busiest - book weeks ahead.
What payment do you accept?
Cash, credit card, and contactless payment. Payment is due after the work is done.
Do you work outside Clallam County?
We serve Clallam County primarily. If you are outside Clallam County, call and we will tell you if we can do it and what the travel cost would be.
Do you guarantee the Christmas light display will look like the design?
We do our best to match the design. Weather, ladder access, and your home layout can affect the final result. We communicate about any changes on the day.
